Grades and Standings
Official Grades
At Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ (Ä¢¹½´«Ã½), official grades are assigned per a 4.33 grade scale and reflect the final grade received in a course. It is important that you review your grades on MyServiceHub to ensure that they are reported accurately. Follow up as soon as possible if there are any omissions, errors or grade designations requiring action.
You must address any issues within 10 business days of your official grades and standings release date.
Academic Standings
Academic standings are based on academic criteria like your Grade Point Average (GPA) at the end of each term/year. They represent your overall performance in your program and determine if you are eligible to continue in your studies.
Undergraduate academic standings include Clear, Probationary, Required to Withdrawal (RTW) and more. Visit the Academic Standings page for the full list and details for your area of study.

Grade and standing appeals:

A transcript, both official and unofficial, is a complete record of enrolment at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½. It includes:
- All undergraduate, graduate, law and Continuing Education courses taken
- Credits granted
- GPA and academic standings by term (e.g. Clear, RTW)
Visit the Transcript Legend for more information.
