What is Community Wellbeing?
Community Wellbeing (CW) is a department at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ created to take an systems-level approach to address issues impacting wellbeing across the campus community. Our goal is to proactively identify and address issues that cannot be tackled by one department in isolation, with the overall aim of reducing strain on down-stream services and increasing wellbeing across the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ community.

Workplace Wellbeing Services is committed to strengthening Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ as a healthy, diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace where all employees can bring their whole selves to work.

Ä¢¹½´«Ã½â€™s Office of the Vice-President, Equity and Community Inclusion (OVPECI) maintains a visible presence for equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and Indigenous values and experience as integral components across all teaching, learning, research, service and administrative functions of the university, while addressing the range of systemic barriers at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½.
