To our Students

We are here to support your growth and thriving in your personal life, your academic journey, and beyond. We understand that mental health and wellbeing are intricately woven in with social determinants of health, and we strive to be equitable and responsive in our care. Our approach to counselling is student-centred, collaborative and takes into account your whole self. We will work with you to co-create an empathic and respectful space that honours your lived experience, and tailor support to meet your unique needs.

To our Community

We are committed to serving our community and do so by providing mental health outreach, education, and consultation. In addition to direct student care, we are often “on the ground” and work closely with faculty and staff to cultivate an environment that supports student wellbeing. As a centre, we value excellence in learning, teaching and clinical training through ongoing professional development of staff and a robust internship training program. We thank our campus partners for their leadership, collaboration, and enthusiastic support for student mental health and wellbeing. Supporting student growth and thriving is our collective responsibility, and we are grateful to be part of this community with you.
